Q Login

You can access your Webmail by visiting the following

Complete Email : http://www.getmymail.co.uk
Business Email : http://www.mybusinessmail.co.uk

Enter your email address and password and click Sign In, (your password can be reset via your control panel.)

Q Reset your mailbox password

Click on the "Configuration" icon  then click "Settings"

Click "Basic Settings" then "Change Password"

Enter your old password, and new password then click "Change Password and Sign Out"

Login with your email address and new password

Q Change your details

1

Click on the "Configuration" icon  then "My Contact Data"

Change your details and click "Save"

Q Customise your portal

Click on "Portal"

The 6 default widgets are "Inbox", "Appointments", "Tasks", "Facebook", "Twitter" and "Birthdays", you can move these by clicking widget and moving it to a new location

By Clicking "Add Widget" and a new widget from the dropdown you can furhter customise your portal

You can disable widgets by clicking th "X" at the top left of the widget box

You can amend colour schemes and fully manage the portal page by clicking "Customise this page"


Q Add/Edit & Delete Contacts

Select "Address Book" then the "+" icon followed by "Add Contact"

Complete the information for your new contact and click "Save"

You can then see your newly created contact

You can edit or delete the contact by clicking "Edit" or "Delete"

Q Add/Edit & Delete Calendar Entries

Select "Calendar" icon and click the "+" icon

Fill in the details of your appointment and click "Create"

Your New Appointment will show in your calendar

If you click on the appointment you can edit or delete as appropiate by clicking "Edit" or "Delete"

Q Logout

You can logout of Webmail at any point by selecting the "configuration" icon and then "Sign Out"
