SERVERS
You can access your Server form the Dedicated Servers section on the "left hand" or "main screen" navigation

To manage your server click "View"

Server Details are displayed here
Server Description is displayed here
Network Connection is displayed here
Monitoring Status is displayed here
Recent Bandwidth is displayed here
Q Network Settings
Select "Network Settings" from the Left Hand Menu
Full information on your network settings is displayed here
Q Configure reverse DNS
Select "Network Settings" from the Left Hand Menu
Click "Click to Edit" under Reverse DNS
Enter the domain name you want to configure reverse dns for and click "Edit rDNS Record"
Q Bandwith Usage
Select "Bandwidth Usage" from the Left Hand Menu
Full information about your bandwidth is displayed here
Q Power Cycle
Select "Power Cycle" from the Left Hand Menu
Information about your last powercycle is displayed here
To Power cycle your server click "Request Another Power Cycle"
Q KVM Over IP
Select "KVMoIP Request" from the Left Hand Menu
Information about your last KVMoIp Session is displayed here
To request a KVM over IP session click "Request KVMoIP Session"
Q Server Monitoring
Select "Server Monitoring" from the Left Hand Menu
Information about what is currently monitored here
To view your monitoring history click "History" beside what you want to view
Full History is displayed
Q Add a Monitoring Service
Select "Server Monitoring" from the Left Hand Menu
Select the monitoring service you wish to add form the drop down
Select the IP and Click "Add Monitored Service"
The added service will now display in your "Server monitoring"
Q Delete a Monitored Service
Select "Server Monitoring" from the Left Hand Menu
Click the "X" beside the service you no longer wish to monitor
Q Alerting
Select "Alerting" from the Left Hand Menu
Any alerts you have configured will be displayed here
Q Add a new Alert
Select "Alerting" from the Left Hand Menu
Click " Add New Alert"
Complete the table including the type of alert you wish to receive and the relevant data / Alert times / Warnings and Failures, Click "Add Alert"
