TO SEND AND RECEIVE EMAIL OVER SSL IN OUTLOOK 2003 (IMAP)

Start Microsoft Outlook 2003, select Tools » Email Accounts.

Select View or Change Existing Account

Highlight the account you want to amend for sending and receiving over SSL and click Change

Click on More Settings

Select the Advanced Tab and make the following amendments under Server Port Numbers
| Incoming Server Port (IMAP) | 993 |
| This Server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) |  |
| Outgoing Server Port (SMTP) | 465 |
| This Server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) | |

Click Next

Click Finish
