TO EDIT EMAIL SETTINGS ON MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2016 (IMAP)

Start Microsoft Outlook 2016 and select the file menu

Click Account Settings » Account Settings

Highlight the account you wish to edit and click Change

Tip – keep the username the same – and simply add "@yourdomain.com" to it.

Click On More Settings

Select the Outgoing Server Tab, check the box beside my outgoing server requires authentication and click ok

Click Next

Outlook 2016 will test your settings, when complete click Close
