TO EDIT YOUR SETTINGS IN WINDOWS MAIL (IMAP)

Start Microsoft Windows Mail, select Tools » Accounts.

Highlight the account you want to edit and click properties

Select the servers tab, make the following changes and click OK

Tip – keep the username the same – and simply add "@yourdomain.com" to it.
