Select "Buy Domains" from the Left Hand Navigation Menu

Enter the domain you are looking for and and filter the lookup criteria, and click "Search"

Select the period of time you wish to register your chosen domain for and click select

Select the Contact details you want to register the domain to and enter the nameservers and click "Proceed"(If you want to create a new contact click "Create new contact here"

The Domain Name is then added to your Basket, If you want to buy Additional Services click Buy, if you want a domain only click "No Thanks"

The Purchase will be completed in the Basket, view our guide on the basket Here

Select "Search" under the Domain Names section on the Left Hand Navigation Bar

Enter your search criteria and click "Search"

You can update the owner details by clicking on the Name under the Owner Heading

Update the details as required and click "Submit Contact Details"

Navigate back to the domain page and you will see the owner has been updated

You can change the contact details (including owner/admin/technical) by clicking "Edit" beside the domain

Select the new contact from the dropdown and click the relevant "Change" button - you can also create a new contact by clicking "Create Contact"

Select the domains you wish to Bulk Lock by checking the tick box beside the domain, or highlight the radio button if you want to lock all domains on your account

Click "Lock Domains"

You will be displayed with a success message and the status will be updated accordingly

Select the domains you wish to Bulk Unlock by checking the tick box beside the domain, or highlight the radio button if you want to unlock all domains on your account

Click "Unlock Domains"

You will be displayed with a success message and the status will be updated accordingly

Select the domains you wish to set to Enable or Disable Autorenew for by checking the tick box beside the domain, or highlight the radio button if you want to set the autorenewal status on all domains on your account

Select "Enable Auto Renew" or "Disable Auto Renew" as appropiate"

You will be displayed with a success message and you can view the status in the "Auto Renew" Column

Select the domains you wish to set to Download a CSV for by checking the tick box beside the domain, or highlight the radio button if you want to download a CSV for all domains on your account

From the Bulk controls click "Download CSV File"

Choose which application you want to open the CSV file in and click OK

Select the domains you wish to set to Update Nameservers for by checking the tick box beside the domain, or highlight the radio button if you want to update the nameservers for all domains on your account

Enter the New Name servers you want to update and click "Change nameservers"

You will be presented with a success message

Select "Transfer In" from the "Domain Names" menu on the Left Hand Navigation

Enter the domains you want to transfer in, add your contact details, the name you wish to register the domain under and whether you want to leave the namservers where they are or change them when the transfer is complete, Then click "Submit"

Confirm you wish to transfer this domain and click "Proceed"

You will be presented with a success message and given an overview the transfer status

Select "Transfer away" from the "Domain Names" menu on the Left Hand Navigation

Click "Transfer Away" beside the domain you wish to transfer out

Complete the form and click "Transfer Away"

You will be displayed with a success message

Select "Transfer Status" from the "Domain Names" menu on the Left Hand Navigation

You will be presented with a Transfer Overview

Select "Transfer Status" from the "Domain Names" menu on the Left Hand Navigation

You will be presented with a Transfer Overview, Click Cancel beside the Transfer you want to cancel

The Status will then be updated

Select "Get Auth Code" from the "Domain Names" menu on the Left Hand Navigation

Click "Get Auth Code" beside the domain you want to retreive the Auth code for

The Auth Code will be emailed to you and presented in the Success Message

Select "Buy Whois Privacy" from the "Domain Names" menu on the Left Hand Navigation

Select the number of years you wish to buy WhoIs Privacy for and click "Buy"

Select the domain you want to buy WhoIs Privacy for and click "Choose This Domain"
