Transferring Domain Names
Q Transfer Domain Names In
Select "Transfer In" from the "Domain Names" menu on the Left Hand Navigation
Enter the domains you want to transfer in, add contact details, the name you wish to register domain under and whether you want to leave the nameservers where they are or change them when the transfer is complete, Then click "Submit"
Confirm you wish to transfer this domain and click "Proceed"
You will be presented with a success message and given an overview the transfer status
Q Transfer Domains to another Provider
Customers should always transfer domains out using this method as it ill ensure their account is up to date and transferred domains are cancelled
Select "Transfer away" from the "Domain Names" menu on the Left Hand Navigation
Click "Transfer Away" beside the domain you wish to transfer out
Complete the form and click "Transfer Away"
You will be displayed with a success message
Q Check Domain Transfer Status
Select "Transfer Status" from the "Domain Names" menu on the Left Hand Navigation
You will be presented with a Transfer Overview
Q Cancel A Transfer In/Out
Select "Transfer Status" from the "Domain Names" menu on the Left Hand Navigation
You will be presented with a Transfer Overview, Click Cancel beside the Transfer you want to cancel
The Status will then be updated
