TO SET UP EMAIL ON WINDOWS PHONE (POP)
Customers using Windows 8 on a mobile device should be aware you cannot configure pop accounts. If your mailbox is configured as pop please contact us and we will arrange an upgrade for you.

Select the Settings button from the windows phone main screen.

Select email + accounts

Select Add Account
| Full Name : | Your Name |
| E-Mail Address : | your.name@domain.com |
| Password : | This is the password you associated with your mailbox in the control panel |

Select advanced setup

Enter Email Address and Password and click Next

Select Internet Email

On the Internet Email screen enter the requested information and ensure Outgoing server requires authentication and use the same user name and password for sending email are ticked then click Next

| Account Type : | pop |
| Username : | Your email address or the username configured in your CP. |
| Password : | This is the password you associated with your mailbox in the control panel |
