DOMAIN NAMES
You can access your domains form the "left hand" or "main screen" navigation
To manage a domain you can click on the EDIT button beside the domain

Q Manage DNS
To launch the DNS Module Click on Manage DNS from the Additional Tasks Section.
Within the DNS Module you can Add, Edit & Delete various DNS Records, you can view our DNS Guides Here
Q Domain Protect (DNSSEC)
Domain Protect (DNSSEC) can be accessed from the “Manage DNS” Tab
You can enable Domain Protect (DNSSEC) by clicking “Enable Domain Protect (DNSSEC)”
It is worth noting that ENABLE DOMAIN PROTECT (DNSSEC) will only work automatically if your domain is registered with Easyspace and on NAMECITY Nameservers.
If your Domain is registered externally and on NAMECITY Nameservers, when you click “Enable Domain Protect (DNSSEC)” you will be provided with DS Records to pass on to your domain registrar. It is worth noting that you need a “DNS Management” package on top of the Domain Protect (DNSSEC) package.
If your domain is registered with Easyspace and on external nameservers you should obtain the DS records from your nameserver provider and pass them onto our Domain Team by raising a ticket
Q Domain locking & unlocking
You can change the locking status of your top level domains by clicking on "Unlock Domain" or "Lock Domain" from the Domain Locking section under Additional Tasks, We recommend your domain is always locked
Q Generate Auth Code
The Auth code for a domain can be generated by clicking "Get Auth Code" from the Domain Locking tab under Additional Tasks.
Q Update or change nameservers
You can update the namesrvers on your domain by entering valid nameservers or by clicking "Update to Default Nameservers" from the Nameservers tab under Additional Tasks. Then Click UPDATE
Q Web Forwarding and Manage Secure Domain Forwarding
If your domain is on NAMECITY nameservers you can configure forwarding by entering the destination and clicking Add from the Web Forwarding Tab under Additional Tasks
Customers with cloaked web forwarding have the option to select if the forwarding should be cloaked or standard
If you are using web forwarding, you can Enable/Disable Secure Domain Forwarding by clicking "Enable Secure Hosting" on the Web Forwarding Tab.
When Secure Domain Forwarding is enabled you can force http - https redirect by clicking "Enable https redirect " on the Web Forwarding Tab.
Q Whois Contact Details
The Whois contact details for a domain can be updated from the Whois Contact Details tab under Additional Tasks
Click Edit under the Details you want to change
Make the change and click SAVE
Accept the Terms and click "Confirm Update"
Q Bulk domain locking & unlocking
Bulk Controls can be accessed by clicking "Bulk Controls" on the Left Hand Navigation or from the link at the top of the page
Select the domains you wish to Lock or Unlock by checking the box to the left of the domain
From the Bulk controls domain locking tab click Lock or Unlock
Q Bulk Name Servers
Bulk Controls can be accessed by clicking "Bulk Controls" on the Left Hand Navigation or from the link at the top of the page
Select the domains you wish to update the nameservers for by checking the box to the left of the domain
From the Bulk controls Nameservers tab click Enter New Nameservers or select "Update to Default Nameservers"
Click "Change Nameservers"
Q Bulk DNS
Bulk Controls can be accessed by clicking "Bulk Controls" on the Left Hand Navigation or from the link at the top of the page
Select the domains you wish to update the DNS for by checking the box to the left of the domain
From the Bulk controls DNS tab Select the Bulk Record you wish to UPDATE
Make the DNS Update and click "Validate"
Once the DNS Entry has been validated click "Change DNS"
Q Bulk Domain Protect (DNSSEC)
Bulk Controls can be accessed by clicking "Bulk Controls" on the Left Hand Navigation or from the link at the top of the page
Select the domains you wish to enable Domain Protect (DNSSEC) for by checking the box to the left of the domain
2) From the Bulk controls Domain Protect (DNSSEC) tab click “Enable Domain Protect (DNSSEC)”
Q Bulk Whois Contact Details
Bulk Controls can be accessed by clicking "Bulk Controls" on the Left Hand Navigation or from the link at the top of the page
Select the domains you wish to update the whois details for by checking the box to the left of the domain
From the Bulk controls the Whois Contact Details tab and select the details you wish to UPDATE
Make the Changes and click "Change Whois Contact Details"
Accept the Terms and click "Change Whois Contact Details"
Q Bulk Website forwarding
Bulk Controls can be accessed by clicking "Bulk Controls" on the Left Hand Navigation or from the link at the top of the page
Select the domains you wish to update the website forwarding for by checking the box to the left of the domain
From the Bulk controls the Website forwarding tab and enter the forwarding destination and click "Add Forwarding"
Q Download CSV
Bulk Controls can be accessed by clicking "Bulk Controls" on the Left Hand Navigation or from the link at the top of the page
Select the domains you wish to download in your csv by checking the box to the left of the domain
Click "Download CSV File"
Q Transfer Domain IN
Transfer Management can be accessed by selecting "Transfers" from the left hand navigation
Enter the domain(s) you wish to transfer in and select "Add to List"
Decide what has to happen with the current nameservers
Preserve : Don't change what they are currently
Default to Us: ns1.namecity.com" and "ns2.namecity.com" leave the boxes blank
Select new New : Select your own
If you have a live site we suggest you preserve nameservers and update to us once the transfer is complete
Click Submit
Click Proceed to continue
Q Transfer Status
Transfer Management can be accessed by selecting "Transfers" from the left hand navigation
Select the "Transfer Status" Tab
Information about all Transfers will be displayed on this screen.
Q Bulk Secure Domain Forwarding (SSL)
Bulk Controls can be accessed by clicking "Bulk Controls" on the Left Hand Navigation or from the link at the top of the page
Select the domains you wish to update the website forwarding for by checking the box to the left of the domain
From the "Bulk Controls" under the "Secure Domain Forwarding (SSL)" tab, click "Enable" or "Disable Secure Domain Forwarding (SSL)". If you want to force HTTPS ensure the box is checked
